every piece is made slowly — just for you. we begin crafting it once you place your order.

production takes about 2–5 business days. after that, your order ships softly to your door.
delivery times vary by location, usually within 5–15 business days.

where do you ship?

currently, we deliver gently across the united states.

can i return or exchange?

each item is made to order — so we don’t accept returns for change of heart, sizing or style.

but if your piece arrives damaged, misembroidered, or incorrect — we’ll absolutely make it right.

what if my item is damaged or wrong?

email us within 7 days of delivery with a short note + photo. we’ll offer a replacement or refund — no stress.

how do i choose the right size?

check our size guide before ordering. we recommend measuring your favorite tee and comparing it softly.

can i change or cancel my order?

since we start making your piece soon after it’s placed — changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. please double-check everything gently before confirming.

will i get tracking?

yes. you’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

what if my package is lost?

reach out and we’ll look into it gently. if needed, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

do you offer gift packaging?
