since we work with on-demand production, we don’t hold stock. this means:
no returns for change of heart.
please choose gently — all items are final sale.
but if something went wrong
we’ll absolutely make it right if your order arrives:
- with an embroidery or manufacturing defect
- damaged in transit
- or simply not what you ordered
if that happens:
- email us at info@gentlysaid.com within 7 days of delivery
- include a photo and short note
- we’ll offer a replacement or refund
